How does Pay in 3 work?

Pay in 3 allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal monthly payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout.

  • First instalment: Collected when your order is confirmed.
  • Instalment 2: Scheduled 30 days later.
  • Instalment 3: Scheduled 60 days later.

How does Pay in 30 days work?

With Pay in 30 days, you can receive your order first and pay for it up to 30 days after shipping. There are no upfront payments, no interest, and no fees when you pay on time. Klarna will send you a payment reminder with instructions on how to pay.

Am I eligible for Klarna?

To use Klarna, you must be a UK resident, at least 18 years old, and have a valid payment card with a good credit standing. Klarna's assessment criteria include a soft credit check, your previous payment history, and the order value.

Will Klarna affect my credit score?

Klarna runs a soft credit check when you apply for Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days. This does not affect your credit score and will not be visible to other lenders. However, missing payments or paying late can negatively impact your financial status and your ability to secure future credit.

How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?

If you wish to return your order, please follow our standard Returns Policy. Once we have processed your return, we will notify Klarna and your payment will be paused or refunded accordingly. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for Klarna to update your statement after we have confirmed your return. You will not receive payment reminders while your return is being processed.
